Clutch

I just got a clutch and it feels extremely brittle. I was planning on making it my game stick but I don't want it to break. Is the clutch brittle?

It varies from clutch to clutch, ive had ones that are durable as hell and some that are brittle around certain parts on the head

clutchs are generally extremely strong

clutches are not brittle in any sense i have been using them for face offs since they have came out with only 2 breaking (warping is a different issue)

ok, I don't take face offs so that won't be a problem. I'm only worried about the durability since I play attack.

I play attack with clutch, have had it for over 1 year, and no warping/breaks.

I have used one this season at attack and it is very strong. I have taken and also dished out some nasty checks and it is fine. I have also been pretty upset before and out of anger I have smashed it into the ground and thrown it and its fine.

Mine warped really easily along with my brothers.
Dont like them too much because of this.

yea one kid on my team first week broke one, got another, warped to illegal within 2 weeks. this is during the season. and my other friend first day he had it was going for a ground ball hit a clump of grass and snapped at the top

Had mine since september last year and its still going strong even with all the face-offs I do. But I guess it just varies per production series.

i've had my clutch for about a year and have had slight warping issues but nothing too serious. it's a pretty solid head and if you want to make it your game stick then go for it.
