How much time do i have to clear the ball after i make a save and come out of the crease?????

Before you come out of the crease you have 4 seconds, after you come out of the crease you have 10 seconds to get the ball in the box on the other side of the field

I normally just get the ball and run out. I throw better on the run and it gives me more time/space. Besides I'm fast and I find it puts pressure on the riders, and they come in at me leaving my Midi's wide open.

Before. You have 4 seconds in the crease, and as long as you like outside of it. I believe there's a 10 or 20 second clear rule, though (to the other half of the field), but that probably won't be something you need to worry about.

you have four senconds in the crease.. then you have 20 senconds to get it acrosse the midfield line then another 10 to get in the box

4 seconds and I just run with it all the way down the field to the other teams box..I want to score badly!!
