What is the best in light defense shafts? Also any head combos to go with it. What do you think of Revo heads on D-poles? Are there any other heads that will withstand the beating of lacrosse and are very durable.

there is no "best" shaft but a 803 is the lightest shaft on the market

yes, but i believe the krypto pro d-pole is lighter than the db803 d-pole.

Yeah, krypto pros are very light. Mine have held up well a few small dents, but no big deal.

yea if your looking for light and durable go with the k-pro, the db803 is very light but is also very weak.....as far as revos im not rele a fan due to their weight...i recomend the proton or if you like a nice pinch the proton power

I love the wonderboy and the Kpro diamond. They probably arent the lightest but they arent the heaviest by any means.
Anyway for heads, I just picked up an xcalibur, mad light and insanely stiff. Great head.
