I would not reconmend one, only defenders and attack should use them, I belivee it is 10.1 ounces heavy, but will never break.

HEAVVYY the other goalie on my team got one and it was so heavy he returned it and got a harrow

my friend got one, with a nemmy, its really not that heavy. i mean, its kinda heavy, but its not like carrying a brick.
