Get to a brick wall play some wall ball. Bounce it to the ground or up high where ever you want. Work on stepping watching the ball etc.

Brother? Dad? Neighbor? Hell, your sister?
Teach 'em to shoot. If they aren't to good, have 'em move in close.

check if there are any indoor winter league or outdoor fall leagues going on near you.
i dont know where you live, but if lacrosse is somewhat popular then i would bet there is one

baseball pitching machine thing?
aim it at a spot - top left, top right, waist left, etc and crank the shot speed up and practice stepping to those spots over and over again and than move on to the next spot?
seems like it would be good practice since it would be the same spot repeatedly so youll become more comfortable with every type og shot
and than piont it at the floor and practice bounce shots?
just an idea

yes the pitching machine is a great idea one problem though, they sell for 800$. Find a wall and just work on ur reacition time. maybe go to some camps or clinics to get more exp.
