Always keep your head up. Don't dwell on the past if they score, try and figure out what you're doing wrong or your defense and correct it. That will help you mentally. Physically, don't slack off keep working hard. Practice on watching the ball, stepping out to it, clears, getting your form down. Good luck in your playoff games.

practice alot just like Sjrlax69 said and take extra shots. Also picture yourself making the saves its called positive visualization and it helps alot for pregame thinking

Like ludlowelax said visualization is probably the best thing. Anytime before the game visualize yourself going to the field and warming up ( the more accurate the is the better). Then visualize playing one of the best games of your career. That is the best mental prep, and for physical just keep the same thing that you been doing. The day before the game don't get any hard shots.

after every goal think about what did wrong (if there are any) and how you could do it, then drop it and act like it never happened

mentally- get a good nights sleep beforeyour big game. i find it helps me to be wide awake and ready to go.

like others said take few more shots at training , but dont do anything to out of the ordaniary. keep you game day warm up the same as previous weeks, it must be working well for you to get to the playoff's.

I found the best thing for my playoff games was to just play as if were any other game. Do what you always do, and don't get too wrapped up in the opponent (this is especially true if you're the underdog).

alright thanks alot. we have had like a 2 week layoff between the end of the season and our first playoff game so thats mainly what i am worried about. and the mental training that i might get too nervous for it

Personally--I set out all of my stuff the night before, so everything is ready, and I am prepared for the game. That way, I'm not scrounging around looking for pads, shorts, etc.
And I always arrive (very) early to the bus or to the game--so I can relax and get ready for the game at a calm pace.

i drink a 5 Hour Energy before every game and it helps to get me pumped up and ready to go and just pretend like it's any other game dont psych yourself out
