2nd year coach, moving up to 7/8th grade, need to add offensive plays to our training. What are good sources of coaching material? (books, video, etc)

The Cindy Timchal DVD "Running the House Offense" isn't bad, but it's not a traditional women's offense. Hopefully Janine Tucker's new book will go into some detail on this topic.
In general, I have taken men's plays and tried to convert them to the women's game-which is really what the House Offense is.
I would also say that few 7th graders are ready for set plays-you're better giving them a framework to build on, like a simple motion offense. 8th graders are able to get it, though. To really learn plays, though, you have to drill them, and that requires 4-5 practices a week, which most youth teams don't have.
