I don't think a Northern Region championship team will lose to another team until the state championship becomes official. There are good players throughout the state but the overall level of play in the Northern Region is far better than the other regions. It is much like this in other levels, meaning that the first lines usually can run with one another but when the rest of the team steps on the field teams begin to get blown out. However, the gap is closing fast and I bet that in the next four years a non-Northern Region team will win it all.

jokes? check the record books we (varsity) went 12-0 last year in district play. Just like our football team this year placed 4th in districts. Don't assume that just because we're smart we're not athletic. Common misconception.

I believe the common misconception is that TJ misconceives their own level of play, the link there shows that you lost twice to Oakton by a combined score of 27-3... If anything I would call that Oakton owning Jefferson. The link also shows that Jefferson did in fact not go 12-0 in district play because they only won a total of 11 games.

TJ got bumped out of the concorde district though, the teams that you play aren't at the same level anymore. lacrosseeeeee, you guys did not beat oakton at all last year. in the regular season or the district final. which i recall you guys lost bigtime, becuase my friend's play for oakton and i was at the game. didn't you guys lose to herndon too during the regular season? going undefeated in the district means beating every single team in your district.

Actually check, we broke their winning streak of 48 games. We lost to them twice but beat them once right after spring break because they hadn't practiced over it. Coach tells us just about every day to make sure we remember the importance of practice. Oakton had a better team but we had practiced more.

This may be a post or two late, but are you talking JV or Varsity? I know Oakton's JV team had a long winning streak, and that their Varsity was not on a 48 game win streak because they had lost to St. Albans the year before.

i think he's talking varsity cuz he said so in a previous post. You only play each team in the concorde district once. so if you lost to them twice in the season ( one regular game, one district tournament game) where does your win come in? I'm suprised you don't even know your own team's record from last season.....

lol the tj kid is talking about jv but that streak was bound to end sooner or later. It wasnt really owning though, plus if i do remember correctly, oakton, not tj won the state championship last year (lol). TJ is good but But they cant even compare to oakton just look at the schedule.

I go to madison highschool, right next to oakton. I live closer to oakton though. I might switch over to oakton next year or go to landon or another school anyway.

I think all you nova teams know the fear you always had of Madison... (ha, no) I played there, and I still live in the commonweath and play for lynchburg college.

btw, i don't think you can really say commonwealth state, its a contradiction.

i go to norfolk academy...were pretty high ranked on laxpower.com, but its only after 1 win while some of the other teams in the division have 2 wins and won by shutouts as well, but i dont know how laxpower figures that stuff out, someone fill me in
