i just restrung a friend's goalie head for him. what i want to know is, when does the pocket become illegal? when i tilt the stick with the ball in it, the ball doesnt fall out until the stick is perpendicular with the ground. is this still legal?

The only rule i've ever heard regarding a goalie pocket being illegal is if you can stack 6 balls one on top of the other in it.

i have never heard of any such rules for a goalie stick... i ususaly stayed away from stinging goalie sticks since theres another guy i know who specializes in it but i thought a goalie stick can be as deep as a butterfly net if the person wanted it like that... but don't quote me on this

a golie stick comes illegal when u hold it at the neck like ur doing a virtical cradle and the ball cant sit lower than the bottom plastic where its joined. thats wen it comes illegal
