You're kididing right? You're not getting it cause they don't have it in a color? Just get it white and dye it the color you want.

Where can you go to dye it?

Usually a team mate will know how, most people do it themselves. If you wanted it dyed custom, talk to livin4lax09, he does the dyes for Lax Nation and would probably dye for you for a small price.

How Much do u think it would be??

argh...girls who buy certain lacrosse gear because it's their favorite color really piss me off. its a huge pet peeve of mine. same with a kid buying a klyte for 80 bucks cus it has a "cool paintjob"

think of this-its going to cost 10-20 bucks for shipping anyway (to brent and then shipped back to u), and then i'd think his dye job would cost 10-30 bucks depending on how fancy you want it.

and how many years have you been playing? if you've been playing less than 3, then I strongly do not suggest an impulse. If you have been playing 1-2 years, an apex would be alright (although 1 year might be a little tough). and a tempest...somewhere in the middle of those two.

I heard that the Temptest was going to be deemed illegal b/c its sidewalls are too low in comparison to the beginning and end of the rest of the head. Does anybody know if there is truth to that rumour?

an apex is definitely up your alley.

and I think a player with 3 years of experience should be skilled enough to use an impulse. But going from a typhon to an impulse might be a big adjustment.

and personally, i'm not that much of a tempest fan.

and if you're looking for a new shaft, look at a composite shaft (Title XI, Matrix, Heroine, Velvet, etc.)

How do you know so much about girls heads?

Some of us guys happen to be knowledgeable in women's lacrosse and it's gear for various reasons. Some have sisters that do/have played, some of us work in lacrosse stores where you have to know about women's, some of us coach women's lacrosse, and the unthinkable....some guys have actually played women's lacrosse!

I'm a part time coach for my town's youth girl's lacrosse program. Don't exactly remember how I got into it, but it's rewarding stuff.

I've also filled in to ref for girl's lax games for my high school's 9th grade team.

And to top that, when a lot of girls in my grade started picking up lacrosse (8th...a little back) a lot of girls who didn't know what gear to get or how to start asked me for help (I'm known at my school as a lacrosse "guru"/"junkie"/whatever).

With girl's lax, there's nothing close to as much variety in sticks as guys stuff. In girl's lax, over 2/3 of their heads are beginners head's. High end stuff is really limited. DeBeer is pretty much the only company that makes good stuff (apex/impulse/tempest...the 3 heads you've probably seen most discussed in the girl's forums), so there's not much to know. And a lot of girl's heads share the same sidewall design as the guy heads that came before them (there's "girl's versions" of protons, X2's, phantoms, edges, etc.)

there are a million threads on sticks and heads and skill level and what sticks are good ffor ur skills. and pretty much everyone will say go for the apex if u have been playing for a couple years and the impulse if u have been playing for longer

btw i used to have a tempest and i lovedd it. my bro got me an impulse for my bday and i HATED it for months and then in the last month i got used to it and i like it now.

If you're in middle school and you're getting a new stick, you probably don't want a stick like the tempest or impulse. Why? Well, as a high school attack player I had very consistent and accurate shots using the apex head while the tempest had a different release point and I found myself adjusting the strings A LOT. The impulse, I used in college ball, thinking it would be a Better stick- but, minus the awesome sidewalls, I was adjusting it just as much as the tempest. If you want to be a consistent player with a consistent stick- go for the apex.

I would say go for the impulse or the tempest they are both great sticks and you will not need to up grade them when you get to high school I have a tempest and I love it I dont think that either are to advanced if any thing they make learning easier.
