I have 2 months until practice, I am doing an extreme performance programs as well as lifting but should I also run about 2-3 miles a night to lose 10-15 lbs so i will be at 6' 0'' and 165 lbs. Is this an ideal weight for attack as well as additional workout programs or running/agility drills people know about that will aid in training?
