I tried to keep up with you guys the first couple of days of my vacation last week, but I lost internet access Friday and am now trying to catch up on your posts. It's amazing how addicting this forum can become!

Any idea when the NCAA rulebooks are being mailed out? I just received my USL membership renewal card.

Guessing it will be awhile. NCAA has a picture of the 2004 rulebook and has “Available December” which should have had happened. The US lax web site has all other 2005 rulebooks but not the NCAA men’s. Seems like something went wrong in publishing (had my hands on next seasons rule books before at this time of the year….)

It should be available for download here soon:

Usually they try to have it ready by the convention, which I think is next weekend.

I got my USL card a while ago, and they asked me which rulebook I wanted, I am still waiting on my new rulebook. I ordered the NFHS one naturally.

Hold up for ncaa rulebooks is at the ncaa office/publishing. Last I heard they were going tobe ready Jan.1

We (the officials organization here in Vermont) order our Fed. rulebooks thru our state association which governs the high-school sports. 50 for 170 dollars or so...so a good price. They arrived a month ago.

Yeah, it makes sense to make your free one the NFHS rulebook since you can download the NCAA book for free (and I like to print it out 8.5x11 so it's easier to read).

Considering how long it takes to get something physically printed and shipped, I'm amazed that the .PDF file doesn't get released 1-2 months before the printed books arrive.
