I have a stick in my hand from the minute I get home from school. I only stop when typing (now, GOSH), and eating dinner. But I try to go to the wall a lot of days after school too but it's been cold and I don't want ANOTHER head to break this year.

how often do you PRACTICE hooked on phonics? because you need to catch up on your studying.... anyway i have my stick in my hands everyday for like 20 minutes and i have stick practices every tues. thurs. and saturday.

when the weather permits, as much as i can i play, but when its snowy, i aint goin ot there. id say in my first 2 years of playin it was "eat, sleep, play lax" but not its not as much just playin as doing other things for lax. i lift 3 times a week and run 3 times a week. so during those times im not playing but preparing

dont be an ignorant ***. people in other countries spell practice (practise), theater (theatre), etc. differently.

I play like 2.5 hours every few days plus every summer and winter league in Oregon.

I practice as often as I can, I go outside and shoot goals until I can't shoot anymore, I play no matter what the weather... I even spraypainted a white ball really bright so I can practice in the snow if need be... I still need to work on everything, though, it's only been 6 weeks since I started

ill cradle before i leave for school, come home do HW, and pick up my stick and work on moves outside and cradle around, throw it off my neighbors brick house (they dont care), put a goal in a retention pond by my house and work on my aim and shot speed. yea... Lax is my life

i get up, cradle a bit, get in the shower then eat. tehn i go to school and bring my stick with me. i play before school and during lunch. then i get home and f the weather im out hittin the wall. and then i work out. and then i do my hw (with ocasional cradle breaks) and then go to bed. and then i repeat.

I do it pretty often. I'll grab my stick and walk around the house cradling (trying not to break nething) throw it against the fireplace (till i break something) or practice my stance in my bedroom

On practice days i bring my stick and carry it around school. then in class i cradle,build a pocket,etc. until i get it taken away and have to get it after school.

i have my stick in my hands most of the day when im home, i try and play wall ball and stuff but theres this white stuff outside which inhibits wall ball.... :crazy:

i kno this is kinda old but, i practice bout 1 hour a day some days longer. also when u guys practice like by your self do u guys walk or drive down to a field just to practice for an hour or so? also do u guys ever practice outside of your house like in your yard?

for pre-season i do stickwork like everyday for around an hour, cardio 4x a week, weights whenever i have time, and scrimmage sundays and thursdays.

In the off season I spend a lot of time conditioning, like running, weight lifting, etc, while still getting in at least 45 (usually more) minutes a day. Then as the season draws closer, like now, I drop a lot of the conditioning and just practice lax a lot.

well considering it's freezing outside and has been for the past couple months and the fact that where I live 90 percent of the people don't now what lacrosse is i really don't get to practice much. but i do have my stick in my hand a lot. always just cradling or doing some tricks or somethin.

Lacrosse is big in my town and I still get wierd looks from people while I practice. I live in an apartment complex that has a tennis court and since it's winter the net is down. I basically have my own personal box field paved with asphalt that no one uses but me :P

Anyways I practice about 3 hours a day around preseason times like this and I lift and run at the gym year-round

yea alot of snow here so ive just been ihtting up the weightroom and stuff
ill play lax when i find a wall when its warmer tho

i dont get to go to a wall too often because one isnt close by, but i have a closet (not a walk-in), i push all the clothes on the hangers together and i throw (sometimes even shoot) into the clothes. my room isnt very big, i brought my stick up too high screwing around once and broke a lightbulb. stupid? no. love the game? indubitably. thats how i practice :thumbsup:
