Whenever I roll my arm in a circle, my shoulder cracks a lot. It hurts sometimes but for the most part its just a cracking noise. I would like to do something about it before it becomes a serious problem. Has this ever happened to anyone and if so, What was it and What do you do to get rid of it??

Used to happen to me all the time, mostly when I do lateral raises. Try working your shoulders more when you workout, that's all I can really suggest, do light weights. I dont' know exactly what it is, but I do know that it's a bad thing.

Also try strengthening your rotator cuff. There's lots of exercise programs specifically for the RC out there, bodybuilding.com has some good exercises. I'll leave that part up to you though.

Yes bro you dont want to injure your rotators cuff. tore mine in a lacrosse camp and had to get surgery and all. it is just terrible. if your shoulder keeps hurting go to the school nurse or some lower doctor to check it out. it cant hurt.
I used to get the same thing (and still do) especially doing lateral raises and shoudler press. I eliminated it from some of my workouts by improving my form. Make sure you are not hyper-extending your shoulder when you work out. I still get this dull pain in my left RC when i work my chest, but i am unsure why i get it in my left and not my right. I believe it is because i need to strengthen my shoulder.

My shoulder does the same thing but my shoulder does it cuz during football i dislocated it and it toe the tendons and when i popped it back in on accident i scratched the bone or something like that my doctor explaned it to me. Idk maybe u were injured before in that area like me. Im fixing it by doin lateral press, and lat pulls. try those they work good
