Wall Drills - Preparation for the Season

Hey - Daughters got a new Brine Wall for Christmas. Set up in the garage for practice for the coming spring season. Any suggestions on some drills they can do. Right now just working on hitting where they are throwing with BOTH hands.

Anyone got some suggestions?

Depending on the size these could work:

My old coach had numbers taped on the wall and would shout out which number we had to hit and then we'd shoot at it in attempt to increase our accuracy and ability to shoot fast.

She also would just tape x's on the wall for normal accuracy.

Mix up the throwing and catching a little bit...like catching on the run...or one daughter throws it against the wall while the other catches it.

if the wall is adjustable and can be slid down all the way near the bottom of it, then have them throw balls against it and practice moving groundballs.
