I started playing lacrosse 6 years ago (im 16 now). and i always played with full pads (huge shoulder, bulky arm pads, and rib pads, ect) because i was afraid of getting hurt (haha). 2 years ago i realized that getting hit doesnt hurt so, i lost my rib pads, i got the smallest shoulder pads, but i still cant find really small arm pads that are REALLY flexible. can ya'll give me some suggestions? i tried the Warrior: MPG Elbow Guard 5.0, Warrior: MPG Elbow Pad 4.0, and some neoprine ones. i hate them all!

you should get the gladiator arm pads..the slip on ones..very protective and light, and little bulk.

I would look for some old classic STX pads... I have about 4 pair, I also play attack, but they're the pads that are in 3 sections, with no inside protection. A few of my players have found some, and they love them, and I won't switch as long as I can. They are the only pad I've found that didn't bunch at the elbow... Besides, they form to your arm.

It's all about preference so i agree with xSURFERx, go to your local lax guy and pick what you want. I also just use slash guards during practice if i know were not gonna be doing heavy arm chops. Those works for practice but you should try and find short ones, with your addreniline up you can't feel the hit anyway
