[Help] Left arm locking up!

Heres what happend, and has been happening for the past year.

Basically my left arm, where the bicep meets the tri, i feel a locking up followed by a pop (when it locks into place) and a shift.

This only happens when pushing away from the body.

you need to work out more. I'm not kidding.

what is happening is that you do not have enough muscle right there to keep your joints properly placed. so basically everytime that happens, it is just like popping your fingers. you just don't hae enough muscle at that locattion to keep your joints in line properly. we talked about it in health class... woo-hoo.

first, you should be talking to your doctor, not random people on a message board, anyone with the proper education would probably refuse to diagnose your problem given the limited information and any one else, you shouldn't be listening to.
