I've searched this and haven't found any information on it. I've seen a lot of good players do this real natural and smooth looking one-hand cradle. It looks like there running normally but they just happen to have a stick in their hand. It's not really a cradle, but it's hard to explain. Does anyone know what i'm talking about and know how to do this?

Does the player almost have his hands in front of him like in a normal running form?

sort of, it's really weird, it looks like their just running, without the stick, but the person is cradling at the same time. It does not really look like they are cradling, but they are.

rock your hips and shoulders slightly emulating the movement of cradling. or just cradle slightly using only your wrist. i do both

i kinda know what your talking about. I think it just comes with being natural with your stick. You just need to run, but rock the stick with your arm movements. You really need to be able to feel the ball in the head and use your own natural 'sense' of the ball to hold onto it.

After seeing it a few times it just came natural one day. Its all in the wrist however its kind of hard to explain. Just let the shaft hang loose.
