You hide your stick pretty well. But when you shoot, your only using your arms and shoulders, when you need to use more of your legs and hips, it will put a lot more power into your shots. You also need more variety in your shots. You had 2 sidearm shots, and 1 underhand/sidearm shots. Sow us some underhand and overhand shots. And at most take 2 steps, on the shots in that video you took 3-5 steps (I understand this is not a game situation, but I know people shoot the same practicing, even if they deny it).

the two sidearms are actually my overhand, eh.ill try two steps though

More Hips, power, in 97% of sports comes from the hips. You can only go so far on muscle power alone. Also shoot on the run, standing still really does nothing for you.

Yeah, I figured that is how you shot your overhand. But that is exactly what I am saying. You need a more distinct overhand, sidearm, underhand, 1/4, and 3/4 shot. Because from that video, all of your shots pretty much look the same. But, seriously, you hide your shots pretty well (which is a goalie's worst nightmare), so good job on that big time.

yes, i know about the hips, my coach really emphasizes that. i am pretty good on the run though, ill add it soon, even with my limited room. haha

You accuracy is pretty good, if that is your consistent shot. But still, you got to work on that form.

if you look at my profile picture, im usually that close or closer to the net because im not really the shooting guy, even though im on man up. im more of a small, quick, dodging guy, who dodges more to pass or go one on one with the goalie than to dodge to shoot

You still should try to perfect ALL of your shots. If you watch the offensive players in college and professional lacrosse, you will see that they have the ability to play in all situations. I am only 1/2 inch taller and that is also my primary position, crease/X attack. But, I had to learn to stretch my abilities to all areas of the field because of the lack of very good shooters on my team this year. So I switched to wing attack, and center middy. You have a good shot, but everyone must to improve in some aspect or another. In your case, it is the use of hips and legs in your shots.

Looking at your avatar, it looks like you are in the same situation as I'm in. All of the defenders in my conference are like 6'1"+ , so my height actually works to my advantage.haha.

You hung your stick pretty badly on the third vid. I would trail check that in a quick second if I saw that.

Try running at game speed instead of jogging when your practicing on the run shots, then we could see how fast and accurate you really are.

When you shoot on the run you tend to run away from the goal, you need to move towards the goal more. When you shoot you want as much momentum as possible which means you want all of your body going towards your target.

Please wear gloves and a helmet when you practice. it will mess you up big time later.
As for form, some aspects are good. But your power in your shot is very measley. That is because of your hips.
When you shoot:
1. Sprint
2. swing your back leg forward so that after your doe shooting your doing back pedals backward.
IF you do the back pedaling than that means you used your hips and the faster you can do that the faster your shot will be.
best of luck!
