I wanted to know the best way to improve your speed as fast as possible...Cause i need to be fast to be a good attackmen, and im alittle ....not-as-fast-as-everyone-else :concerned

Sorry, to close to the season.. either quit or get fat so you can play crease to push D-men out of the way... its your only options...
No just do sprints.. short ones with a lot of reps.. and do ab work outs.. that will really help with your *off the line* speed...

Well, then how do you just get faster....Season doesnt start till febuary...so i can do something till then....I want to get faster, even if it takes doing it after practice

lift weights with your legs .. if you get your legs stronger youll be more explosive... also abs they give you the balance and strength

evry1 already said it, work out your legs and do sprints, and alot of them

yeah, i thought it was something you were born with, and could only get a little bit better at. you should start taking up pool, no running at all.
