does any one have tips for shooting on the run?
i searched the place and found a ton of posts. and sometimes i get diffrent information.

Don't slow down. Ever. That and try to hide your stick behind your shoulders as you shoot.

As you shoot, don't forget to rotate your body to get as much power as possible, it sometimes helps if you kick your leg around as you shoot, also move towards the goal as much as possible.
