Here's what I have for rule differences between NCAA and NFHS. This is just a compilation of things that have been discussed here and things I've noticed. I'm waiting until the NCAA rules come out to do a thorough comparison of the rules, but I'd appreciate it if anyone notices anything I've missed or anything I've gotten wrong. FYI, I have 48 (!) items on my list, and I'm betting I'll find more when I do a thorough reading.
