Shoot really really fast... Honestly I have no idea to curve a shot I've only done it once and that was today. It was cool!

um i think you throw with the sidewall out infront instead of the face but idk

It is impossible. Here is the physics of why, and discussion about it: http://www.lacrosseforums.com/showthread.php?t=123794&highlight=curving+shot+ball
Please search before you post a new thread; often times it has been answered already in a recent thread.

actually my coach showed me who was a u penn goalie.
u put your sidewall like facing front.
it curves it because it puts spin on the ball?

It may look like it curved but it did not actually curve. The spin on the ball can make you think it is curving.
It is impossible that a lacrosse ball can curve, physics proves that it cannot be done.
The only way to curve a lacrosse ball (its really more changing its direction) is a bounce shot, putting a decent amount of spin on the ball and then bouncing it (changes on different surfaces) will make it curve or change direction and of course will confuse goalies, thus why we mix up shots and take bounce shots.
Also, as Greenshoelaces said, search before you create threads, there are a lot of threads on this topic.

You can curve a bounce shot by flicking your wrist to the left or right near the release it bounces to the side

Technically, that is not. It's still traveling in a line. The line however, is on a slope. But, if you take into account gravity, then perhaps there is a slight curve to it. However, that's not what we're talking about.
