i think the question of greater importance is does it work, and are their negative side effects?

when i used it (for about a couple of month) i didnt see any difference and i dont think there is any negative effects

Im seeing results..., no negative side effects that I know of, its pretty poular and tastes good. Its mainly a post workout shake maybe thats why u diddnt get results???

i have no idea...its probably cuz i slacked off and didnt keep it going long enough
