i'm 14 and iv'e been playing for 5 years and i think its time to start working out more than i do for highschool league i'm 5'7" 130 pounds and i play attack what exercises and muscles should i focus on.

all of them because eventually you will need to use all of them. but if you want more for like an attackman based on shooting do abs, triceps, forearms, back muscles and eat more
