Were you looking for face-off specific wrist/forearm workouts?

get a thick pvc pipe, and drill a hole through it. Put a rope in and put weights at one side. Hold it out in front of you and roll it up and down.

i don't know what they're called, but they kill. you take a curling bar and i would put 30-50 pounds on it if you're just startin out. take the bar and put it behind your back, thumbs facing outward and curl it up. i usually do 3X30 then fail. add 5 pounds every time you do it which for me is every other day.

wristcurls is what you are thinking of cheesehead? Wristcurls pain like a beach. Just do them till exhaustion.

This is what I do. I usually just go until failure as said above.

You can also add to your bicep workout by using a double overhand grip(turn your hands over form a regular bicep curl) this will work your forearms and wrist you will most likely have to lighten the weight at first from a regular curl

probably, are your forearms really stiff when you're done doing them?

try climbing a rope or doing towel pull ups, ie placing towels over the bars and grabbing them to do the pull up.

i agree. wrist curls are probably the best thing. you can use dumbells. you can also do them behind ur back with a regular weight bar and curl them backwards. these are both pretty good forearm workouts

with your arms out in front, squeeze your hand into a fist, release, fist, release, very rapidly for about a minute or more...trust me this hurts

to cheesehead, yes they make your forearms very stiff when your done. You can feel the instant results just by touching them.
Just take a bar/dumbell and put it in both hands in a closed grip with your palms upside. Have your wrist leaning off a bench or edge or etc.. You want the area of the wrist that is connected to be leaning off the bench. Then just curl up using your hands, not using your biceps.
In that vid that's posted above (the hammer curls one), take a dumbell and get in that position with it, and then do a normal bicep curl with it. This will increase forearm and bicep strength at the same time.

1.position the balls on the top of the bar
2.grasp
3.do pull ups
4.increase grip strength
