Scuba Diving

i have been scuba diving for 3 years and i currently work at a dive shop ( yes they have dive shops in minnesota) i was just curious how many laxers out their have ever dove,taken an interest in it or tried it? there is another player on my team who dives but thats the only other lax player that i know of.

oh, we have pools and lots of them...but nothing like oceans/lakes/etc

Yeah after going to Mesa I would have to say that Arizona is the dryest, flattest, hottest and anti-me place I have ever been to. THe anti-Seattle, if you will

Well, what you do is practice and get your permit (or license, or whatever it's called) in a pool, then when you go to such exotic locales as Hawaii, the Caribbean, and Mexico, you can do real scuba'ing.

I've always wanted to but I cant because whenever I go more than a few feet deep it becomes really painful for my ears. I've had a lot of surgery on them and they've got a lot of scars and hoels in them.

Scuba diving scares the bejesus out of me. So does being under water alot. I dont even like pools too much. You know that movie Open Water? I would piss myself if I ever saw that. Thats the only thing that I'm really afraid of.

there is actually an under water village ( they flooded it to make a reservoir) where they dive alot, never done it though
