Well i decided i needed to start working out becuase i am going into highschool next year and i want to make varsity. right now i play lacrosse tennis and hockey so i am pretty active. i dont have a lot of equitment just a exercise machine and 20 pound dumb bells that i dont know where they are. and i can not go to a gym.
stats
5'10
152.5 (just got back from vacation but my usually is 145)
my 40 4.97
my 10 (not shure) 1.76
my 100 (not shure) 13.47
those were for a tournament team tryout where i had the flu.. still made the team tho.
i am not doing any weight lifting as of now. just other sports. I play defence, and looking to get faster and stronger.. I really have no clue what to do. I have lifting before so i am not a newbie to it. if you need to know anything else please tell me. last thing!! i have practice for my sports almost every day so would the lifting hurt my other sports?
thanks
Lax

um just so you know, workouts work for all types of people, you know a football workout would work good for a track runner? have you tried searching? did you even try to post a thread saying HELP WITH LACROSSE WORKOUT, if you looked there are multiple threads of lacrosse workouts
