Today i had LAX practice (super beginner) and we were taking shots on the run and almost all of mind ended up in the dirt. While most of them still were goals I was just curious why this would be

As in the dirt you mean on the ground?
It is quite possible that you have an intense amount of whip on your stick. But I need you to explain it better :)

Yeah I mean i'll be aiming for the bottom left corner and it will hit pretty far it front in the dirt and end up in the corner haha.
I can pass really well it's just my shooting!

It is more than likely whip, most new players have the opposite problem of the ball soaring high because they have a poorly strung pocket. you can try to get used to it or you can try and fix it. TLF is a great place to learn how to restring your stick. To start you off you should check out the "Solution to Whip Megathread"

if its the sticks problem wrong section.. but try shooting on the run at your own house... the more you practice the better youll be.
