shot mechanic help

I've been having trouble with my shot lately, and my stick is fine. Can somebody post a video of them or a pro player with perfect shot mechanics?

don't have a video, but that article from IL is really good. Tells you all about proper technique on your shot, so it should be a good read. I'd also suggest shooting (without a ball) in front of a mirror to watch yourself and see what you're doing right and wrong.
