i have a pic i want as ym avater but the file ssize is too large, how can i make it small enogh to use.

If you have microsoft office you should have a program called "Microsoft Office Picture Manager". If you have this open the image in the program and select "Picture" on the top toolbar, scroll down to "resize" and enter the dimensions you want.

If you don't have office you should find that most image programs (MS Paint doesn't unfortunately) will allow you to resize.

Also if you have photoshop you can open the file and when you go to save it click "save for web". This will let you select from different qualities and will tell you the file size before you save the image.

also if u have paint u can open it in the program then right click it then go onto strech/screw and keep making it smaller till its the right size

yea FC is pretty good with pictures and photoshops.....if you search around you could find some of his works
