Hi im coaching at this clinic and the girls are about 3rd grade to 4th grade and im doing the passing station. I've already thought of wall ball, box passing, but i don't know if that's too complicated overall for all of them. I've did partner passing the last time...any suggestions? thanks a lot! = )

Third and Fourth grade - you are looking for challanges. Need to teach the basics, you listed throwing and catching. How about scooping. Ground balls are very important at this age as they will be picking up a lot of missed catches.

Teach them to scrape their nuckles on the ground when they pick up, keep tha back hand low and run through the ball. They will get it.

One of the drills that works is: have one of the teamates hold their stick at waist level parallel to the ground. Put a ball under the stick and get the girls to run throught and puck the ball up. They need to stay low to get under the teammates stick.

Good Luck!
