Aww..I love Mary Key who plays for JH. She's the sweetest person. She used to play on my sister's travel team and were best friends. Shes a freaking haus man, she's awesome.

Acasia Walker only made second team? hmm...that doesn't sound right. she's amazing too.

Acacia Walker is awesome! I'm surprised she's not on the first team but these are only pre-season rankings. Much will change in the end but I pretty much agree with these ranks. Good to see some Northwestern girls up there. They will have a huge season I think.

Inside Lacrosse Women's Preview is mailing on the 8th of the month. Amy Appelt on the cover, with a huge profile on her, inside.
172 pages! For the record, this women's preview magazine is about forty pages longer than any issue IL has ever done.

Acacia has had some awesome try-outs, but look at her stats. Okay, Coppedge and Cox did most of the scoring but still--last year -4th on the team in scoring (with two of three ahead of her coming back)--fifth in groundballs, first in draw controls with 47--not eye-popping.

If she has a season like her US team tryouts, then she'll end up on the first team for sure.

Acacia is NUTS!!! she wil prove herself straight away! I probably agree that she should be in there now, but it doesnt matter, pre season doesnt count for alot.

Unfortunately too much emphasis is put on scoring by the pollsters. Acacia Walker runs Marylnad's offense and is a great defender. Not many players can play both sides of the field the way Acacia does.
