Pre-season starts in two months and I'm looking for some good workouts to get back in shape, also I'm wondering which muscles I should work the most.

Thanks for your help!

Well, I am not too familiar with workouts, but I do have a few of my own.

Lie on your back on a bench with your hands behind your head and all of your legs hanging over the bench. Bring your knees together and pull your knees to your chest. Repeat 100 times, then stop.

Next complete 400 crunches in a very fast paced motion. Be careful and don't hit your head on the ground when you are coming back down.

That's all I really do.

Search for the goalie drills thread for better drills to keep you up and going.

Yeah, work your legs, jump rope, see if you can get someone to shoot on you, and then work on triceps for clears and just run to warm up. I think there are more threads on this too.

some one to work with then lots of catching and shots and work a lot on form. Spend time walking the line.

I know of one that I think REALLY helps w/ hand eye coordination.
You get 2 lacrosse balls/tennis balls, nething thats the same size as a lax ball and get a friend to help you.
Stand about, 5 feet away from eachother one person with each ball.Start w/ the ball in your right hand and your going to toss it to your partner's left hand while they are tossing it into your left hand. And then its kind of like juggling and you switch it over to your right hand and just keep tossing it with your right. When you get really good at that try walking and doing it.One person walks backwards while they other person follows and your still tossing it.
Once you master that, switch hands!!!And make sure your not just reaching for the ball, but watching it fall into your hands helping your coordination.Oncec you do it enough, it should really help improve!!
