I play middie i am 5'11" and 125. I ran cross country. So i have like on body fat. i need arms. so if you could give me advice of post your workouts. thanks.

Another person's workout may or may not work for you. I suggest you talk to your coach if you want a lax workout, which is what I've done.

Also, learn some basics on lifting and it'll help you understand how get stronger.
www.bodybuilding.com is a website I often visit because it is extremely helpful and has numerous articles to help people start lifting.

Are you on a diet?
Nutrition is a big part of gaining weight and muscle. Like sammy said, go to bodybuilding.com, figure out something thats right for you, and figure out a diet thats right for you too.

The first page is our core exercises sheet and the second page is our actual weight one. It's 4 days a week. There is also a 6 day program that I can get for you if you'd like.
