is it possible to level someone who is taller than you between 10-12inches? and how would you? i tried but i just end up following through into their stomachs but doesnt lay them out but rather they still have enough momentum to hit me back since they tower over me...so how would you do it?

you run at them full speed and lower your shoulder

Catch them off guard. You'd be surprised how easily someone will topple if they don't see the hit coming.

If they're leaning over to scoop a ground ball or something then they should be around your level and you can lay them out. But ya catching them off guard usually works.
But also, you don't have to lay some one out for it to be a good hit, because the ball can fall out, or you can delay the shot, etc.

I'm a tall guy at 6' 3" and I'll tell you right now that if you want to take us down go for our hips. At a minimum it throws off our balance.

its impossible to grow over 6'2 so youre obviously lying
That made me laugh really really really hard. No its not impossible i know plenty of people over 6'2, my brother is 6'8.
Direct center of the chest. Just focus on running through them and not at them.

In football, often times the best tacklers are the smaller guys. If two people hit each other at shoulder height, it will be the stronger man who wins all the time. But if the weaker man is able to get under the stronger man, he will have the advantage of using leverage and he will win. So, get low, and explode through the guy, and pop him in the chest.

The bigger they are the harder they fall.

No man, its impossible to level someone bigger then you. You can stand there all day and hit as hard as you can and he will never fall.
I really wonder about people sometimes.

Make sure they don't see you or don't realize what you are attempting, bend your knees, lower your shoulder and get as much speed as you can.

take at least three steps before you hit them and when you do have your hands together on your stick and kind of punch/push them in the chest with your hands and use your legs as a spring. and follow through with your body. so you wont get called with extending your arms because there coming in

yea I'm 6'2 and what your saying is impossible
ok not really, it actually happened to me. I was running up field and this short dude came out of no where and I got wrecked cause I didn't see it coming and he blindsided me.

im a allstate lb and im 5'8. i play defense and i take pride in bodychecking those who are bigger than i am. what you need to do is
1. catch him off balance (in mid run, jumping, on one foot, anywhere but on a good base with 2 feet)
2. you have to run full speed, and run full speed through the guy
3.right before you make contact bend all the joints in your leg like a spring
(make your back flat, bend at the hip so your thighs are paralell to the ground, knees bent, and ankles bent)
4. explode all of these things at once, position yourself so when you explode you meet the victim half way through the extension of your body
5. things to remember. keep your head up, put your hands together on the stick and hit him with that force too, hit with a swagger
do this and people will oooo and ahhhh at your hits.

hahahaha so so true i love it...except for me...im chuck Norris i clean my own clock.
but really one workout for stronger hits would be squatting it works all the leg muscles included in hitting. also abs work tour abs for stronger hips this is what my defensive coach told me over the summer ( went to cannons camp and he was a pro so im going to guess he has SOME idea) also he said DON'T hit with your hands he showed us his finger and he couldn't straighten it out all the way it was messed. so hit the gym get low explode and work on the trash talking for when your over him and he doesn't know what happened(a short joke usually does the trick ha ha)

according to newton's laws of motion, it will be hard to lay someone out if they are bigger because they have more inertia. it can be done if you get more leverage by getting lower
