hey guys/girls im looking for a training regimen for a middie im 5'1 and a 1/2 98lb. im 14 in the eighth grade. i am very motivated and want to be a great player cuz u only live for so long. i run a 5:54 mile so i dont know about running and that was last year. i need like a week to week thing working on all parts of the body and maybe on some days work on passing or shooting on like a sunday or wed. please help

this isnt a preference is it i hope not plzzzz. answer

You're in middle school, relax. You don't seem very big, but you're plenty fast. The best thing for you to do right now is work on stick skills. Just passing, catching, and shooting with both hands.

alright thanks atacklax and whenever i cradle with my gloves on its so hard to move but when i dont it wont fall out even if you were to whack it with a long pole so yeah

Just work on cradling with your gloves on at all times. Don't even bother cradling without. And all balls can get knocked out by a long pole or short pole if hit harder enough.....learn how to avoid having your stick ever hit.

I could offer plenty but that would just not be fair to everyone. I only help those who help themselves as my sig says. If you are looking for a lifting/speed routines from me I don't offer them up anymore. If you make one up yourself I will critique it though.
