View Full Version : i need to lose 25-30 lbs

im 5'4 and 165 lbs. id like to be in the 140's by say march. the whole working out thing im good with i hit the gym 3-4 days a week and go hard when im there. i need diet help. any sugggestions? i dont like veggies, but i have to do what i gotta do

I doubt your training is ideal. I have talked to 4 people on all of TLF ever that have had proper training.

well i lost 30 lbs. in pre season training during the lacrosse season last year. you need to lower your calorie intake and run atleast 2 miles a day preferably 3. one thing that you can't do at all is drink soft drinks and for lunch if possible, you need to have like a grilled chicken and a fruit bowl every day. you still need to get your necessary protein if you want to keep muscle on so meat is a priority. you should try to fit small servings of fruit and vegetables in to every meal tho for sure

run, lift weights, justwork out. 25 pounds is nothing

FYI you need to burn an additional/ reduce calorie intake by 3500 calories to loose one pound.
