Ok. i just started this routine(sp?) where i work out every day of the week. heres wat i do:
Monday-Run two miles and leg press and dumbbells for 20mins.
Tuesday-Do circuts working whole body for 30mins. and go to a karate class(great cardio workout.) run ten 100yd sprints after.
Wendsday-Run two miles and work upper body for 30mins after. After that i have indoor lax for 4-5.
Thursday-same as weds. just work lower body.
Friday- run two miles and work mid-section.
Saterday-Off
Sunday-Off
Im a heavy set kid so its changling but its working
Anything i should add or take away?
just wnating to make sure im doing the right thing.
