ive been lifting for a pretty long time, and my team has a trainer working with us. but i dont really see any results. I'm looking to gain muscle mass. i have always had a hard time gaining weight in general, as well as building muscle. i can lose like...2 pounds a day if i dont eat every few hours, so i have a very very fast metabolism. i am 6' 145-150lbs. i have a decent amount of lifting experience. so...any tips

It's likely not your lifting, but your nutrition. Eat more, keep lifting.

well muscle milk always helps
my friend has the same problem hes tall and skinny, the doctor said when he stops growing next year that his metabolism will slow down.
so if your growing alot i guess you have to wait. it sucks being skinny ive never felt it though

engine, i think youre right, i eat eggs, grounds turkey, oatmeal w/ protein powder mixed in, and toast most mornings(sometimes jsut oatmeal and eggs). but i barely have anything for lunch because i have to eat at school or around school, which gets expensive.

Pack your lunch? Don't think Engine is right, KNOW he is right. You said it yourself, your metabolism is super high. It's a blessing and a curse. You can stay relatively lean while bulking up but it's harder to bulk. But you get to eat more food! So do that. Eat more. Lots more. Then eat some more.

Eat more, good healthy foods, carbs, protien, drink protien shakes daily and right after workouts, push yourself more when working out, some cardio might help also.

Merc is right when you have a high metabolism you can still bulk up it's just alot harder. To be honest imo it takes more work to be constantly eating than the training itself. and 70% percent of results come from your diet, so as long as you lift + eat like a freak = muscle. Also make sure its good food that your body is going to use all the nutriets from not crappy calories from processed food.

Not necessarily. Why not say that results depend upon 100% of nutrition, 100% of training, 100% of recovery. Does it add up? Obviously not. That being said stop worrying about what % contributes to this or that and just do it all right. If you do it all right then chances are you're going to get some great results.
