Height: 5feet 6 inches
weight: 125 pounds.
I play middie and I wanted to start working out so that I can
increase acceleration, shot speed, and get ready for high school....
I read some articles about split workout and etc...I do not really get it....
Can anyone set any workout schedule for me even for beginners?

LHS did you go down the forum and just reply to everything that didn't need replying to so you could get your post count up or something?

Merc, you realize it's a scientific fact that until you hear something at least 7 times you will not realize that it might be true or that it could work.

Since, your still smallish, and your just beginning don't try anything that will kill your body.
For running: Jogging, to increase speed throw in some sprints. Also work on footwork.
Just start out easy Dumbell curls/pushups, something you can do at home.
And then sit ups or six inches. I started out with that and it worked well for me.
