QUESTION OF THE DAY

Hey, Conor Gill, what is your best advice for a high school attackman?
Conor Gill
Definitely watch as much lacrosse as possible. Go to MLL games, college games, watch them on TV. Watching, and of course, practicing as much lax as possible will help you understand the flow of the game. That is key for an attackman.
It is also essential that you learn to use both hands. Stick skills are a must for attackmen, so play catch whenever you can, play 'wall-ball' whenever you can, and when you do it, be sure to develop both hands.
