Nothing personal but after last night, and at least the previous three games, it is obvious Miron is not up to the task of protecting our net. 7 goals on only 12 lame shots, virtually no movement and a reaction time that can be clocked with a calender - he looks lost out there. The fans stood up and cheered when Miron was mercifully benched for Montour, who again displayed good skills at the net - even adding an assist. With Cole Murray added to the practice squad the time has come.

True we were spoiled in NY getting to see Sal LoCascio all those years with Hofstra and the Saints, but we are not asking for a superstar for AZ - just a 'tender that shows some effort.

It's time for a new starter Hamley . . .

I do agree that Ken Montour has the ability to be a starter in the NLL.

No disrespect to Mike Miron, but he is a different type of goalie in comparison. Miron is an angle goalie, while Montour has more mobility. Both are big goalies anyway.

As for Cole Murray, I haven't seen that much of him in action, but from what I hear, he should be a good one. All he has to do is adjust to using the plastic stick rather than the wood.
