I'm ready for all the summer tournaments, but I was wondering if there are any camps that offer a lot of exposure to D1 coaches (Besides individual D1 schools' camps). I've heard a mixed review of Loyola 300, does anyone recommend any others?

Ok, have to bring this thread back. My parents want to send me to the Duke Super Elite camp this summer, is it worth the money? I mean, are there a lot of coaches there?

sorry i dont have a answer to ur question.
but i was wondering what everyone thought of the camps taht kelly amonte runs. last year i went to long island for a skills clinic and want to do a camp by her again. it doesnt matter where northwestern or the east coast. any suggestions?
also any camps that would be good for a sophomore (incoming junior this summer) from california. i dont want to be in way over my head but i was to play with really good players so i can get better and learn about opportunities to play in college. --like everyone is mentioning camps with words like "elite", "super", and "select" in them. and i dont want to get like killed. because i wouldnt get much out of that. but i want camps that challenge me and expose me to the best players i can handle. plus i want to be with players better than me so i have to work harder. but if they are way out of my league it would suck and i wouldnt get much out of it
---i hope that made sense. any suggestions? my parents are willing to fly me to the east coast and even come if they have to. thanks for anything

Don't worry about the select, elite or super, usually if you go to the site they will tell you they are for a certain age group. and if say you are amazing, you might want to go to the older camp or what not. I don't know what camps I am going to, right now I am looking at the PSU one and JHU one, but who knows.

wait. me say that im amazing? im not sure if u mean me. but i was saying it the other way around.
so i shouldnt worry about being worse than everyone. like i know that camps usually separate according to ability during the day or whatever, i just dont want to be with like people who are kicking my buttt. lol.
so far i think im going to berkely and an amonte one. and prob atleast one other out of state and hopefully another in state. probably stanford

ljlax, i highly recommend kelly amonte's camps. i dont know about the long island ones, but i went to the one out here, at northwestern, and it was really great. if you want to know more about it, just pm me, i dont want to take up thread space going on and on about a camp.
