Harry Alford faced some great shots by GTown. He had a few point-blank saves as well.

I"m quite surprised. I picked Gtown to win in a tossup but I thought Georgetown would at least put up a fight if they lost. I didn't think they'd get rolled by the Terps again. Not pretty for the Hoyas if more than 1 team has their # each year (Cuse being another, for example).

What was the name of that goalie MD had last year... same guy? I thought I remembered him being pretty good.

Tim McGinnis was their goalie last year, played a few years at Gettysburg (D3). He has since graduated. Harry Alford, sophomore, has been starting for them this year.

What do you guys think about the new uniforms for maryland. I think they look awful. They look like the Louiville's (college football) footballs uniform. Gloves don't look that great either.

Gtown played very bad defence
they moved the ball great.. didnt get to many looks because MD's D was solid Md golie played an amazing game. The gtown golies were horrible... Maryland played very slopy dropping passes lossing the ball from no contact
Overall Maryland looked good Gtown didnt and it was a real hard hitting game
i was up close lick toching distance of the players and saw all the gear close up marylands gloves i pewrsonally loved jersys okay... gtowns stuff looked horrible and i didnt like the gforces at all they looked really bad

joe walters played sick. it was blowing me how it was like sold out. i had to cross a little river tog et to the other side then sat on the fence for the whole game.
McGinnis that was it. Thought it was Tim something. And yeah, I dont like the new unis much either from what little ive seen.

i stood on a snow mond behind gorgetowns bench... man i couldnt ask for betterr seats we could hear the coaches speaches see everything upclose see the whole game and it was free.... they should have the rest the games at the stadium

I like the new uniforms. Made by UA, just like the football uniforms. But I dont like the gloves.
