How many people like to grill food.
I love to grill anything. I like to grill sausages, hamburgers and marinated chicken.
Who else likes to grill?
I also like to cook pasta.

Dude, my grill is my best friend. I use it 24/7/365. I don't care what the conditions are. Grilled food tastes the best. You should try grilling fruits and stuff.

I've worked in a resturant since i was 12 and now i've been cooking on the line for 2 years. I wanted to be a chef for a while but it looks like that wont happen. I like to think i know a little bit about cooking. Pineapple slices are typically girlled then served with s scoop of icecream and a garnish of mint. Peaches are also commonly grilled. IF im not mistaken mangos too. The grilling carmelizes the natural sugars in the fruit, intensifying the flavor. Really you can grill any friut but i would stick to the ones listed above.Im not a huge fan of the grill flavor. I like nice lightly smoked then grilled ribs or other barbeque items like that but i prefer most of my meats sauteed and then finished in the oven.

Grilled salmon is amazingly good.
The only better salmon is cedar plank salmon. Get a few pieces of cedar just big enough for the salmon filet, put the salmon on the cedar, put on the spices, and put it in the oven (or do you grill it?) and eat the salmon off the cedar. The cedar brings alot of smokey flavor into the salmon it is so delicious.

One my brother and I had dinner with a friend in NYC. She chose this freaking Tofu place! I almost flipped a lid because all I wanted that night was a nice, juicy steak. I tried getting a ceasar salad but the waitress kept telling me it wasn't on the menu so I opted just to eat bread... I hate vegetarians that do that to you.

haha my moms vegetarian and every once in a while tries to pass off tofu hotdogs as regular hotdogs...you can def. taste the difference. If my dads not home I usually broil myself a hamburger or somethin meaty
So my uber-vegan friend ran over a dog the other day. She broke down in tears and wanted to bury the dog. I took the bus home...
When my friends dad goes out of town he grills enough chicken and steak and hamburgers for however long hes gone. Sooooo goooood. He opens his fridge and theres pounds of grilled meat and what not in there.

If you have good ground beef they won't break. Also, it helps if you mix the meat with the spices and then mold. That way the spices will act as a sort of glue.

also a handful of crushed cornflakes mixed in with the ground beef helps hold the burgres together and helps keep some of the flavor of the spices in the beef.

Or you can use a little breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs help keep the moisture in the pattie.

Grilled pizza is pretty good, but not that much different from just baking it. I like grilling cause it's so healthy compared to, hmmm, deep frying. Plus you just feel like a man, Rrrrrggghhhh (muscle pose).

Zecher did Raine recruit you? and you cant bash sea food from utah,
oh and i must add that grilling is not as healthy as you might think, it adds excesive amounts of carbon to the food, and if you intake to much carbon you get blood poisoining and to much carbon increases the chances of some cancers.. just saying.. but me and my boys grill out all the time, we just go and set up a grill somewhere b/c we can, and we're lacrosse players, we do what we want.
