I know this isnt related to lacrosse, but this is where all the canucks are. I was wondering if any of you know the policy on moving to a different country? Like if i wanted to move to canada and get a job there in a couple years, what would be the deal with my retirement funds and such. I mean because its not like i lived there my whole life and have been contributing to the social security pool. I wanna live in canadaaaaaaaaaaa

You would still qualify for the Canada Pension Plan. You won't get enough money to live off of though. That is if there's any left by the time you reach retirement age. I remember in high school I had a teacher who told us about some debate thing about immigrants draining the CPP. He didnt side for or against cutting immigrants off, but the last i heard you qualify as long as you move here before you're 60 or something.
