The girls in the womens forum are getting to know me as the obsessed youth sports dad who's daughter is starting up at lax this spring (any day now).
And this is such a cool place to hang out, I had to share my fab news. But since it has nothing todo with LAX I brought it here.
My Daughter's Ice Hockey team won the U12 State Championship today!!!!!! I'm so proud. Thanks for listening. You can go back to talking amongst yourselves now

sweet dude.. we won state in peewee level here in washington.. pretty cool.
(I'm bantam though not peewee... we just won it when i was a peewee..)

Yeah and my Bruins are dominating this season. That's pretty cool though. Girls hockey is aninteresting sport.

that cool that all u guys had a good seasons!!! i didnt tho my coach didnt have an idea of what he was doin n i think we only won like 10 or 11 games

Congrats, my high school team got knocked out of the state tourney the other day with a 5-4 loss. Its all good though, it was supposed to be a rebuilding year and we exceeded most expectations.

Girls hockey is aninteresting sport.
No offense, but I am starting to like it a lot more than Boys. A lot more up and down action - less gratuitous violence. :)
Maybe girls lax should take a cue from girls hockey? Just a thought.

I didn't mean it sarcastically. We have a team at our school and it's really interesting to watch, so much different from boys. But I do like a good fight once in a while, I'll admit.
