My favorite player is Ryan Powell because he was never as "Good" as either of his brothers but he always got the job done, and I look up to that. I know I'm not the best by far, but with hard work, dedication and heart I will be as good as anyone else.

Sal Locasio and Matt Russel- the first because he was one of the best goalies ever and the second because I admire his style of playing. Also, he's not the biggest goalie, like me.

Marty O' Neill
Huh?????? You are kidding right????
Marty is a great guy but was an average goalie at best. I managed to pick up his rookie card online and mentioned it to his wife. She asked "Is there a ball rolling between his legs?" That is a common statement we tease Marty with, it was too funny to hear his wife say it. Please note He laughs with us when we mention it.

They are very skilled at field lacrosse, they may not be tough enough for box, but that doesn't mean they are weak, and the only one thats a pretty boy is Mike, the other 2 are kind of goofy lookin.

Mike Powell isn't my favorite but he definitely deserves some props. He's better than all of you, and he's helping the sport out alot. He doesn't deserve getting ragged on by everyone.
For my favorite, I gotta say Gary Gait or Ryan Powell.

In Marty O' Neill's case, his days in the MILL/NLL was during the time when goalies padding up their shoulders and upper arms to no end was legal. He himself didn't pile on the pads then.

Watching John Grant Jr. is awesome, I just love watching that dude. And I love watching Brodie Merrill, from G-Town. I've seen him play about 6 or 7 times in person and a few more on TV and I think he's the best pole in DI right now. And they say that he is a better box player than field player...he'll probably go in the first round of both drafts this season.
