Offensive wizardy is very well put together in my opinion. Also, there's this pay-per-view lacrosse instruction that me and my friend watched. It was very good. It had Jesse Hubbard and Tom Marecheck instructing.

For the goalies the best (and i think the only one) video is bill pilats the ball stops here. Great video.
THe mark millon one is pretty good...most of the videos on lacrosse.com or other websites usually are just showcase videos, but the mark millon one teaches some good stuff

Sweet. What was the name of it?
It's under "Instructional Videos" than you go to Sports, and there it is. And I made a mistake. It's actually Jay Jalbert and Jesse Hubbard.

exposures is sweet. it would be cool if warrior/jalbert films made a new one after the 2005 season.
